The Personal Shopper's Drive and Proposal Experience Package are chauffeured — you don't drive, so no licence is needed on your part. The Fortnightly Subscription Hire provides a self-drive vehicle; a valid driver's licence appropriate for Singapore roads is required, and we'll confirm the details when you enquire.

Yes. Each Fortnightly Subscription Hire includes one complimentary vehicle swap during the period. If your needs change — say, you need an SUV for moving personal belongings — we'll arrange the swap at a mutually convenient location and time.

The service covers Singapore island-wide. Common routes include Orchard Road, Dempsey Hill, Haji Lane and Arab Street, Holland Village, and Jewel Changi. The route is entirely yours to decide — we work around your itinerary, not ours.

Once you enquire, our concierge team will speak with you about the timing, your preferred route, and any specific elements — florals, playlist, a chilled bottle. We arrange everything ahead of time and brief the driver on their instructions. On the day, the vehicle is prepared before pickup. The driver follows your plan and gives you space when the moment comes.

The listed price covers everything described in the service. ERP and parking charges during the hire are typically covered, though specific arrangements — such as extended hours beyond the stated duration or additional floral requests — would be discussed and confirmed transparently before the hire begins.
